5. Cycling Activities and Safety

• Traffic accidents and collisions
• Mechanical failures and equipment issues
• Weather-related hazards

5.2 Safety Requirements

Participants in our cycling programs must:

• Wear appropriate safety equipment including helmets
• Maintain their bicycles in safe working condition
• Follow traffic laws and local regulations
• Ride within their skill and fitness levels
• Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Route Planning: No cancellation after work begins

• Administrative costs incurred
• Reason for cancellation
